We are UCG.
We create organized opportunities for gymnasts to keep participating, competing, and belonging beyond the traditional pathways of the sport. Through national events, member clubs, clear standards, and a supportive community, we help athletes stay connected to gymnastics in a way that fits their life and keeps their love of the sport alive.
Whether you are competing with a team, joining as an individual, returning after time away, or looking for a place to continue, UCG exists to keep the floor open.
UCG National Championships — The Biggest Moment of the Year
The whole community on one floor.
UCG Nationals brings the community together for a national competition where athletes of different ages, levels, and backgrounds share the same floor. Every spring, in a new city each year, we run two days of preliminaries and a finals session — plus a banquet, a social room, and a whole lot of people cheering for routines that aren’t theirs.
We encourage teams to compete throughout the season, but it’s not required: any member can participate in Nationals, regardless of prior participation. The goal is a great competitive environment — and time to be around other people who love this sport as much as you do.
All experience levels are welcome — including complete beginners.
