ScoreFlippers uses slightly different terminology, so here’s a quick list to help you navigate their systems:
- Gym – This is what UCG traditionally calls clubs. We understand that clubs don’t always train at the same gym, but when you see something referred to as a “gym”, please treat that as “club”.
- Club Manager – This is the ScoreFlippers terms for club admins. Club managers have the ability to create athlete accounts, assign athletes to teams, pay for club fees, and register athletes for meets.
- League/Association – Our league/Association is UCG. ScoreFlippers works with a large number of leagues, so make sure you select UCG from the red menu at the top of the page.
If you need help using ScoreFlippers SF League (for team management and scoring) or SF Events (for event registration), please look at the items listed below. There are different guides based on your administration rights on our systems as defined below:
- General User – Most members fall into this category by default. You have access edit your profile, affiliate with a club, purchase membership, and sign waivers.
- Club Manager – Club admins have access to the Club Management page, where they can create accounts for club members, edit club information, and pay fees for club and members.
If you do not have an UCG account, you can create an account on ScoreFlippers SF League by clicking the purple LOGIN button and selecting the purple “Create free account” button. If you cannot find the information you need below, please contacts us at info@unitedclubgymnastics.org.

Club Manager – Register Athletes on your Team
For most clubs, a club managers will be responsible for registering all of the athletes in your club for events. To do so, please follow this guide. If your club does not have any active club managers, please email info@unitedclubgymnastics.org.
As a note, you will register for all UCG sanctioned competitions using ScoreFlippers SF Events, but some teams may collect payment separately, so there will be a $0 fee on ScoreFlippers.
Individuals – Register Yourself
If your club is set up to allow individuals to register for competitions, then follow this guide to register. A club manager can update your settings on your Club Management Page by clicking the edit button, checking the box near the bottom that says “Allow Individual Athlete Registration on EVENTS Registration”, then clicking “Save Club Updates” (more details in guide).
As a note, you will register for all UCG sanctioned competitions using ScoreFlippers SF Events, but some teams may collect payment separately, so there will be a $0 fee on ScoreFlippers.
Registering a Coach
Most competitions will not require coach registration, but for the ones that do, please follow this Coach Registration Guide. NEW for 2026 Nationals and beyond: All coaches with active membership affiliated with an attending club by the Last Date to Edit Entries will be automatically registered for Nationals. They will not receive a complimentary t-shirt or gift.
Update your Registration
If you have already registered for an event and would like to update your registration, you can do so by following this Registration Update Guide. You will only be able to update registrations that were completed on your account or for athlete in a club for which you are club manager. Event hosts set a deadline for the latest date that changes can be made for registration. If the orange edit button is not available, you will need to contact the meet host in order to make changes.
Update Survey Answers for an Existing Meet Registration
Some competitions will use survey questions to collect additional information at checkout when you register for that competition. For example, Nationals registration requires that clubs enter their session preferences. If you wish to change your responses or enter new responses*, follow this Guide to Editing Survey Responses. Please note that after a certain date chosen by the meet host, you will not be able to edit responses because the hosts have already begun the meet organization process.
*Some questions are only viewable at checkout for club managers, so if you allow individuals to register, you may never see these questions and will need to answer for the first time by following the instructions in the guide above.
Purchase Event Extras/Add-Ons
Some competitions will allow you to make additional purchases beyond meet registration. For example, Nationals 2026 also allows the purchase of:
- Banquet Tickets
- Club Banners
- Extra T-shirts for Non-Athletes & Coaches
Please follow this Guide to Purchasing Add-Ons. You can purchase these at the same time as registration or as a separate purchase. Even non-members (like parents of athletes) can purchase add-ons, though they will need to create a ScoreFlippers account.
Set Competition Order
For Nationals, athletes will be expected to compete in the order listed on their scorecard. If you do not want to compete in alphabetical order by first name, then a club manager or coach must set the order BEFORE the scorecards are printed (usually around 1 week before the competition) by following the instructions in this video or this guide. PLEASE USE A COMPUTER IF YOU WANT TO USE THE DRAG N DROP FEATURE. Check the Nationals refund deadline for the last day to update lineups.
Note: All athletes in all levels/disciplines will be mixed together when you create the order. We recommend you organize in lowest levels first, etc, but when the scorecards are generated, only the athletes in a given level/discipline will show up on that scorecard.
Meet Org and Scoring
SF Scoring (formerly INSIGHT – Meet Control) is where you go to manage a meet you are hosting once registration has closed. This is where you can organize participating athletes into squads in order to generate rotation sheets. This is also where meet scoring happens.
Meet Scoring
Training for Meet Hosts
Watch this video training to learn how to use SF Scoring to run your competition.
Add Host Club Athletes
Since the host club athletes do not need to pay a registration fee, you will bypass SF Events registration and add your athletes directly in SF Scoring (the meet scoring platform). Please follow this video guide to add your athletes.
Entering Scores
As a reminder, using SF Scoring for your meet is only available for UCG Sanctioned events. A meet in SF Scoring will be created for you based on registration through ScoreFlippers SF Events.
Please follow this guide to enter scores for your meet.
Solutions for Common Issues
Registering a Coach
There are 3 steps for registering a coach for a meet:
- Purchase coach membership – Follow this guide for your coach to register for membership if they don’t have an account in ScoreFlippers. The first paragraph of the guide has a link to instructions for if they already have an account
- Assign coach to your club – Follow this guide to add the coach to your club.
- Register coach for competition – Register your coach for competitions by following this guide. Note: Starting with Nationals 2026, coaches that are affiliated with an attending club will be automatically registered for Nationals. They will not receive a complimentary t-shirt or gift.
There is no fee for coach registration for Nationals, but they will need to purchase a $45 coach membership. Anyone who already has an athlete membership will be able to purchase a coach membership for free by following the same instructions.
I was charged multiple times for a single payment
If you notice multiple charges that you think are in error, please email info@unitedclubgymnastics.org and we will arrange a refund. Please be patient while the site processes your payment, as clicking the back button while it processes may results in duplicate payments.
Unable to Login or Reset Password
If the default password (NAIGC23) does not work for your account:
- You or someone else may have reset the password, so try resetting it again. If you got an email that included a password, please try using that.
- If you try to reset your password but do not get a success message, then you do not have a ScoreFlippers account for the email address you entered (see this video). Follow this guide to create a new account.
I have membership but I’m not showing up in the list to register
If you have confirmed that someone has paid their membership, and they are showing up as active on your club list, then they are likely not on any teams within your club.
- Navigate to your SF League dashboard.
- Select “Coach Tools” from the buttons at the top of the page (this button is red). Club managers only.

- Select your club/team from the purple dropdown (if not already selected).
- Select ROSTER MANAGEMENT from the orange dropdown at the very top.
- On the right side of the page, you will see a list of “Free Agents”.
- Click the green “ASSIGN” button next to each name.
