Club managersRegistration walkthrough — video, start here if you are entering a whole club.
What the fee includes
DisciplinesMAG, WAG, and T&T — enter as many as you like; all are covered by the one fee.
Team scoresIncluded for everyone — every club’s athletes in the same level and placement category are considered for finals and team awards.
BanquetTicketed separately — members and non-members can both buy. Menu TBA.
Memberships — billed separately
Gymnast$55 annual — required for everyone competing.
Coach$45 annual — required for every coach on the floor.
Club$109 annual — one per member club.

Correction period — dates TBA
FreeChange an athlete’s events — self-service on My Registrations.
$10Change an athlete’s level — also on My Registrations.
$10Add a discipline, or change registered club — by update form.
$30Swap an injured athlete for another — same level and discipline, by update form.
Refunds
During registration or correction periodFull refund — minus transaction and processing fees.
After correction period75% refunded — minus fees, and only for extenuating circumstances: unavoidable travel issues, sickness, injury, bereavement, or similar. Refunded athletes still receive their check-in materials if they or someone they appoint is present.
Never refundableMembership fees and admissions.
To requestComplete the refund form — your copy of the form is your confirmation, and refunds are processed within a week of Nationals.
All fees are per person and in US dollars. Deadlines are 11:59pm Central.
