Competition rules

A level for wherever you are.

T&T runs on our own Code of Points, with execution judged against the USAG Developmental Program code. Four events and three levels — so you can compete the events you actually train, at the level you are ready for.

Which level

New, Intermediate, or High.

Level 1

New Flyers

Restricted skills, difficulty maximums, and some routine requirements. Built for gymnasts new to the discipline.

Level 2

Intermediate Flyers

Still has restricted skills, difficulty maximums and routine requirements, with more room to build.

Level 3

High Flyers

No skill restrictions, but difficulty minimums apply. For gymnasts competing at the top of the discipline.

Compete only what you can do safely. Competing a skill beyond the scope of your level draws a 2.0 Chair of Panel deduction. A judge may ask a gymnast not to perform a skill they have concerns about, and can scratch them from the event if that request is ignored.
