What to do:
Email Jeff Zack with the following information:
- Date(s) of competition
- Location of competition
- Time(s) of session(s)
- Number of competitors/Range of levels
- Number of judges requested
When in doubt, don’t delay. Contact assigner early with known information and approximations. At least one month before the event is recommended.
Dates to Avoid:
Check out the Region 7 Invitational page.
If possible avoid “busy” weekends with multiple competitions. Judges will be limited.
Fees (by rating):
Pay per judgement (minimum 50 athletes multiplied by the cost per judgement)
- JO: $1.60/judgement
- National: $1.90/judgement
- Brevet: $2.25/judgement
30% extra for capital cup or modified capital cup
